To help you make the most of our invoice system, we have prepared a quick guide to get you started.

 

 

We have your login details as:

Username: {{ $vendor->username }}

Do use this information to sign in to your account and never share your login details with anyone.

If your company has more than 1 staff to use the system. Go to system Management and find system users. Add new staff account to the system.

  1.  Account Activation: Your account has already been activated, and you can log in using your registered email address ({{ $vendor->email }}) and the password you chose during the registration process.
  2. Dashboard Overview: Upon logging in, you will be greeted by our user-friendly dashboard. It provides a comprehensive overview of your invoice status, payment history, and important metrics to help you stay informed and in control.
  3. From the left side navigations, go to settings, add your company profiles. Click on the save button to store your company details.
  4. Before you can start to create invoice, you have to add your sales teams, company logo and many more. Complete the list of task at the settings section before you proceed to generate an invoice.
  5. Creating Your First Invoice: To create your first invoice, navigate to the "Invoices" tab and click on "New Invoice." Our intuitive interface will guide you through the process, allowing you to customize your invoice, add line items, and include payment terms.
  6. Tracking Payments: Our system makes it easy to track payments and monitor outstanding invoices. Simply navigate to the "Payments" section to view real-time updates and ensure timely financial management.
  7. Reporting and Analytics: Take advantage of our reporting and analytics features to gain valuable insights into your business finances. Generate reports, analyze trends, and make informed decisions to optimize your invoicing process.
